Internet monitored and controlled, Even in Democracies.

In my country the content that's on internet is free for the access and for person under 18 years can't access some content, for exemple. content pornographic, content induces pedophilia, and some sites you need to have more 18 years, so I can access every all sites since I've 18 years.In another country as Vietnã you can't access sites of another countrys, and blogs, foruns to can't access, because at Vietnã is country that live a military regime or dictartoship and the government no want yours their population see some informations have in another country.In my opnion some country have your think about your their population can't access some content in the internt, but the government forget the population is free to come and go, and have tours rights in the constitution and the governement whants to make and population follows as if they were robots, this is a problem but has all country.
